  • I love being an athlete, it’s who I am and always will be. I grew up on the Central Coast, NSW as a nipper, surf lifesaver, and a National swimmer. My passion for swimming took me to the U.S.A. where I raced distance freestyle events as an NCAA athlete. It’s also where I met my partner, Amber who shares and supports my active lifestyle.
  • Certificates: degree in Exercise Science
  • He coaches amateurs and professionals
  • Active competitor of triathlon: Qualifier AG 30-34 2020 Ironman 70.3 World Championships Taupo, New Zealand; 1st AG 30-34 2019 Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast with fastest overall swim split; 1st AG 30-34 QLD Tri Series Raby Bay

I am determined, strong-willed and enjoy being out of my comfort zone- a feeling that is important for endurance athletes. I am mentally tough and I am most at peace when I push my body to its limits where I can enter my zone and preserver.

After finishing my collegiate athletic career I moved back to Australia to complete my degree in Exercise Science and compete in surf life saving. All of my passions steered me towards a coaching career.

Throughout my life swimming has been front and centre and now I have turned my sights to being a successful triathlete. The 2019 Ironman 70.3 Sunshine Coast was my debut race where my strong swimming background and dedication to my training put me first out of the water and onto the bike. My goal is to consistently come out of the water at the front while continuing to strengthen and improving my bike and run legs
