Choose your training plan
There are many elements you should consider if you want to reach regular results. Some people decide to plan and monitor them all. With us, there is no need for you to do it. We will do it for you. We have prepared three different training packages for you to choose from, depending on your needs and phase of athletic development.
We analyze your data and discuss your goals
Every athlete who decides to work with us gets a specially fitted plan to meet the capacities of her/ his body. There is no room for coincidence in your training plan. We create all our recommendations and training plans based on very precise and detailed data provided by you and your advanced training analysis software.
We measure your progress
Such software helps us to identify your strengths and weaknesses, check your physical fitness, and monitor your progress. You can clearly see that your form increases and you become stronger. And when you see that progress on easily identifiable charts and graphs, you get an extra boost of motivation!

We work on the Training Peaks training platform
All our coaches have many years of practical experience, collected during hundreds of races and workouts. We have honed our training methods over many years through our own and our athletes’ experiences, and we are convinced of their effectiveness.
Our work also consists of looking for new methods and solutions, but we introduce them gradually and on the grounds of the underlying physiological and coaching knowledge we have.

We also prepare yearly training calendars for our athletes, where the goals of the season, peaks of shape and predicted loads are included. All this allows us to have control over your progress as a whole and react accordingly to any changes to stay as close to your objectives as possible.

Some people have doubts about coaching services. They are afraid that the coach will take their money, and then turn his back and say "Now, you need to do this on your own"
No, no, no. It is against our philosophy and against who we are. Sport teaches you responsibility for yourself and for others. This is especially important for us – we respect the trust our athletes place in us.

Everyone gets individual support, a personal coach and a unique development path that leads to excellent results, bringing satisfaction and fulfillment. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No, the whole cost is the monthly fee of your coaching package. Your first payment is due by the end of the month you started to work with us.
Yes, the contract is an integral part of our cooperation. It protects both the coach and the athlete. We sign the documents electronically. There is no need to mail the contract.
By the end of each month of cooperation we will send you the invoice by e-mail and based on the invoice you will be able to choose from different electronic payment methods.
Yes, there is a 30 days notice period.
If the break would take between 1 and 3 months, then it is necessary to cover 50% of your monthly fee to guarantee your coaching spot. In case of a longer break, we set the terms individually for you.
Yes, of course. You can switch to a higher or lower package, depending on your current needs, observing the 30 days notice period.
