Jeremy has 17 years of coaching experience. He holds certifications with the American Swim Coaches Association, USA Track & Field, USA Triathlon and Training Peaks. His athletes include professionals and amateurs who have raced at the highest levels, including USA Age Group Nationals, 70.3 World Championships, Ironman World Championships, Ultraman World Championships. Jeremy has coached USA Swimming Olympic Trials Qualifiers and numerous Boston Marathon qualifiers, as well as athletes who set their goals on channel crossings, multi-day events and other self-conceptualized endurance feats.
Jeremy is a data driven coach who enjoys analyzing all workout metrics to help his athletes achieve their peak performance. He is keenly interested in the psychological aspect of both training and racing. When building an athlete’s program and long-term plan he accounts for both the physical and psychological training effects in all workout design. He accounts for all athletes’ time constraints and life stresses to build the best possible path for long term success, growth and health so all athletes derive joy and happiness from their experiences in sport!
Jeremy grew up a swimmer, and has competed as a professional triathlete in the past. Coming off kidney surgery in early 2019, currently his competitive focus is ultrarunning. In 2017 he was 2nd at the Ultraman World Championships and posted the fastest run in the field with a double marathon time of 6:24:24. He will be competing at the Tunnel Hill 100 on November 9, 2019.
